We don't use any cloud storage.
4. Payments:
Payment terms will be mentioned in the quotation or invoice.
Projects generally require an advance payment before work begins.
Remaining payments must be completed according to the agreed milestones.
Delay in payment may result in suspension of services.
All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise specified.
5. Refund Policy:
Advance payments are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.
Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
No refunds are provided for completed services or digital deliverables.
6. Client Responsibilities:
The client agrees to:
Provide accurate information and required content.
Approve designs and deliverables within a reasonable timeframe.
Ensure they have legal rights to all content, images, logos, and trademarks provided.
Make payments on time.
7. Intellectual Property:
Upon full payment, ownership of the final approved website or software (excluding third-party software, licensed components, frameworks, and proprietary tools) will be transferred to the client as agreed.

Internal tools
Source frameworks
Reusable code libraries
Templates
Proprietary technologies
8. Third-Party Services:
Projects may use third-party services including:
Domain Registrars
Hosting Providers
Google Services
Meta Platforms
Payment Gateways
SMS/WhatsApp APIs
We are not responsible for downtime, policy changes, or pricing changes made by third-party providers.
9. Digital Marketing Disclaimer:
While we apply industry best practices, we do not guarantee:
Specific Google rankings
Number of leads
Sales or revenue
Social media growth
Advertisement approvals
Results depend on market conditions, competition, budgets, and platform policies.
10. Software Services:
Our SaaS and software solutions are provided on an "as available" basis. We strive for high uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service due to maintenance, technical issues, or force majeure events.

16. Governing Law:
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
